Jarod is six years old and in first grade. On his 3rd birthday, we went grandma's house in San Francisco and they had a pokemon cake for him with a Pikachu and Squirtle. Ever since then he has been hooked on pokemon. He now has every pokemon game and dvd. New episodes on pokemon are TIVO'd. Although he just somewhat starting reading last year, he has been playing games on his game boy since he was four. I am his father, Anthony, and spoil him with Pokemon. I have been helping complete each game. He was probably one of few four year old that had complete pokedex for each of his games. Whatever pokemon he couldn't get, I would go online to figure out to get one. Kokonut Pie helped us get our last one when she gave a Shiny Shaymin. We are now trying get shinies since he likes how shinies look different (go figure) and lv 100 pokemon for battling on Battle Revolutions. After completing his pokedex, he feels like he is playing a new game battling with the shinies. He loves trading with people because he sometimes gets pokemon with different moves. For example, he recently got a Drapion that could use FLY, AQUA TAIL, and CLOSE COMBAT. He thought this was cool! He used to trade on GTS but recently stopped when people kept receiving MEW (lv 9 and under) that could not be offered for trade back on GTS. This happened three times. We are just learning about hacked and non-legit pokemon so we are trying to replace some of our pokemon. We don't how to breed, but we make eggs with our DITTO. I've taught to give some our hatchlings for free to others who don't have some out pokemon. If only we knew how to clone. We love this site since it seems the moderators are about passing the joy of getting new pokemon and trading with others. We look forward to getting to know some of you.
